SMS Text Messaging Program

ClaimRunner is a B2B platform for dealership and repair facility employees. Our SMS messaging service provides optional text notifications to help you stay informed about warranty claim activity and internal updates.

Who Receives SMS: Only dealership employees (service advisors, admins, managers) and ClaimRunner claim agents who opt in to SMS notifications.

Important: SMS consent is NOT required to use ClaimRunner. You can fully access and use the platform without opting into text messages.

Customer Data: Customer phone numbers in claim records are for reference only. ClaimRunner does NOT send SMS to end customers. All messaging is employee-to-employee.

What Messages Employees Receive

If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages about:

  • New warranty claims submitted by your team
  • Claim status updates (approved, denied, need more info)
  • Claims assigned to you (for claim agents)
  • Important internal notifications about claims you're working on
  • Time-sensitive actions required on your claims

We do not send marketing messages. All SMS are transactional notifications related to your work.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on claim activity at your dealership. Employees may receive 2-10 messages per day during busy periods, depending on claim volume and status changes.

Costs & Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. ClaimRunner does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging rates.

Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message from ClaimRunner
  • Updating your notification preferences in your ClaimRunner account settings
  • Contacting our support team

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages will be sent.

Our SMS service works with all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. If you experience issues receiving messages, please contact support.

Privacy & Data

Your phone number and consent preferences are stored securely and used only for the purposes you've agreed to. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
